The temple's construction dates back over a century, and the entrance to the garbhalaya is eroding. With the divine blessings of Sri Lord Hanuman and under the guidance of Sri Vadlamani Yagneswara Rao Garu and Sri Maarthi Venktrama Sarma Garu, Ram Gopal and his family have undertaken renovation and reinstallation of the sacred idol. On May 14th, 2024, with the grace of Lord Veeranjaneya Swamy, the renovation project was officially initiated. Activities are supervised by Sri Maarthi Venktrama Sarma Garu and Sri Ganapathi Sarma Garu, esteemed scholars in Aagama Sastra from Keesara Gutta Veda Patasala. Target completion: May 2026. In Kanamarlapudi village, Savalyapuram Mandal, Palnadu District, this divine blessing has come to life through Lord Sri Veeranjaneya Swamy at the renowned Veeranjaneya Swamy Devasthanam.
More than a century ago, Keerthiseshulu Sri Jagarlapudi Gopala Krishnavadhani Garu erected this temple with deep devotion to Vedic traditions. On an auspicious day, the sacred idol of Lord Hanuman was installed, and the temple became a haven for daily Dhoopa, Deepa, and Naivedya seva.
Today, the Jagarlapudi family and devotees under Bhakta Veera Hanuman Charana Seva Trust are undertaking the grand renovation of this beloved temple, with a target completion by May 2026.
